平成１８年４月１日から登録検査機関の検査を受け、 "PSE" マークがつけられたもの以外の電気用品の「販売店での」売買が規制されます。 http://www.meti.go.jp/policy/consumer/seian/denan/ つまり、中古の電子・電気楽器、音響機器、家庭用ゲーム機などの「販売店を通じた」売買は 基本的に出来なくなるということです。 （PCについては対象外となっています） 個人的な取引については規制されないとの事ですが･･･  |
